TotalEnergies Singapore is looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team. The candidate will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and finance-related activities while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role offers exposure to the evolving renewables sector, including the accounting, tax, and regulatory considerations associated with a growing business across the region.

Activités
Accounting and Tax

• Prepare and submit the quarterly group consolidation report in CAP reporting tool, Via-report sub consolidation package, JV entities consolidation report.

• Responsible for handled DG Singapore entities’ monthly financial report with variance analysis.

• Responsible for handled DG Singapore entities’ statutory audit report’s finalization and submission.

• Responsible for handled DG Singapore entities’ statutory tax submission, including quarterly GST and annual corporate income tax submission.

• Responsible for handled DG Singapore entities’ daily finance operation matters to support business operation.



Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated management reporting for APAC in comparison of budget and rolling forecast.

• Review and analyze CAPEX and OPEX (actual vs budget) in each department and country.

• Analyze financial performance of each country and identify cost drivers.

• Prepare annual budget, 5 years long term planning and regular forecasting.

• Provide support to JV manager to gather all the information required for JV partner.

Profil du candidat
• Degree in accounting/finance or its equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/ CPA)

• Experience in handling complex and big group consolidation is a must

• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies at group level

• Prior 2-3 years of experience in big 4 accounting firm is a strong plus

• Hands-on experiences of accounting systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Power BI are a strong plus

• Good knowledge of IFRS/local accounting requirements, tax rules and regulations are preferred
